Registration Policy

Minimum Age Requirement: Students must be 10 years and up to join our classes. NO EXCEPTION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We have very strict policies regarding minimum age for children due to safety issues.  We ask parents to not falsify their child's age. Children under the age of 10 will not be permitted to continue the program and will not receive a refund.

Registration/Payment
To register for any of our classes, workshops, or events please register online, or contact us at info@sewbeitstudio.com or call 416-488-1607 . We accept payment by VISA or MasterCard online or by phone.

Cancellation Policy:

For all classes and workshops cancellation: * 100% of the class/workshop cost is non-refundable. If the class/workshop is cancelled by the studio due to insufficient registration, only in this case will you be refunded in full. There will be no refunds or studio credits for students who drop out or don’t show up for their class/workshop. Should you have to cancel your enrollment in a class/workshop we require a minimum of 48 hours  notice before the start date of said class, and only then 100% of the fee you paid can be used as a credit towards a future class or workshop. Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of class/workshop cancellation. Any cancellation made with less than 48 hours notice before class start date means you will forfeit your class fee. No show also means you will forfeit your class fee.

**If you wish to reschedule another session with less than 48 hours notice, please note there is a fee of $55.00. **

For all camps cancellation : *100% of the camp fee is non-refundable. If the camp is cancelled by the studio due to insufficient registration or any other reasons, only in this case will you be refunded in full. There will be no refunds or studio credits for students who drop out or don't show up for their camps. Should you have to cancel your enrollment in a camp, we require a minimum of 1 week notice before the start date of  said camp, and only then 100% of the fee you paid can be used as a credit toward future camp. Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of camp cancellation.

* It is your own responsibility to attend your classes and arrive on time. There is no make up class if you miss your class. We understand that things happen like sickness or family emergency, in such instance, we will do our best to schedule one make-up class when necessary but it is not a guarantee.

Attendance Policy
All workshops start on time; late admittance is not permitted.

When should you register?
Classes do tend to fill up quickly especially the Beginner Sewing classes. It is best to register early to secure your spot. Our classes have a maximum of six students per class.
