Beginner Embroidery
In this workshop, students will begin to explore the world of embroidery by learning the traditional stitches. We will cover some basic stitches such as Feather stitch, Satin stitch, herringbone stitch. Once the students have mastered the techniques in making the perfect stitch, they can experiment with more advanced variations and create the composition they design!
Materials will be provided by the studio.

Beginner Beading
Join us for the Intro to Beading workshop and learn this delicate hand beading process in embellishing your fabric or garment to add that special touch.
Through demos and working on a decorative sampler we will cover several beading techniques that you can use to create different looks for surface embellishment- including seed beads, sequins, pailliets and bugle beads.
All materials will be provided by the studio.

Leggings Making Workshop
Leggings are a wardrobe essential and a fantastic project for beginner sewists. In this workshop, we will cover specialized techniques to help you achieve a professional, smooth finish on your knit projects.
By the end of the session, you will go home with a finished pair of leggings and a custom pattern so you can remake them as many times as you like.

Hand Sewing Essential
In this 2 hours workshop, we will show you all the must know hand sewing techniques that will make adulting a lot easier. These hand sewing skills can be used to repair your clothes, stuffies, and hemming. And yes we will also teach you how to sew a button and snaps properly.
Techniques that we will cover:
Lattice stitch
Back stitch
Slip stitch

T-Shirt Making Workshop
Everyone loves knits! But they are not easy to sew. SEW, lets talk knits, lets sew knits, lets make a knit t-shirt comparable to American Apparel?? We have created this workshop to help you master the fundamental techniques in working with knits. We will discuss different ways to stitch the seams, binding, and finishing. In this workshop students will construct a basic T-shirt from cutting to fitting to finish.
*Prerequisite: Beginner Sewing Leve 2, level 3, or Garment construction

Seam Finishing Workshop
The inside of the sewing project should look as polished as the outside. In this workshop, we are going to teach you how to finish your seams beautifully with various methods. We will cover french seam, bias binding, and flat felt seam.
It's time to say goodbye to messy fray seams.

Kimono Workshop
This is one of the must sew items for the season! It's that easy piece you just throw on to complete your look! This kimono also makes a great cover up for the sunny beach, or extra layer during the cold winter days. This project is a great one to sew for those who want to work with drapery fabric such as rayon.
**Students are required to bring their fabric and thread or purchase materials from the studio retail store.
Patterns will be provided by the studio. **
